EMT are delighted to announce that our Spring 2023 show is going to be “9 to 5: The Musical”.
It tells the story of three workmates pushed to boiling point by their sexist and egotistical boss. Concocting a plan to kidnap and turn the tables on their despicable supervisor, will the women manage to reform their office – or will events unravel when the CEO pays an unexpected visit?
With a rip-roaring score by queen of country, Dolly Parton (and of course an iconic title song that you might just recognise), and inspired by the eighties film of the same name, the musical is about teaming up, standing up, and taking care of business.
